產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:

    本產(chǎn)品包含14種蛋白質(zhì)混合物,分子量范圍為10kD-200kD,經(jīng)過(guò)SDS-PAGE電泳,用考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色后可以得到14條帶,可以用來(lái)判斷SDS-PAGE電泳后蛋白質(zhì)的分子量。


使用說(shuō)明:

a 第一次收到該產(chǎn)品,室溫融化后,徹底混勻,離心快甩將溶液完全收集到管底,根據(jù)需

要適量分裝成小管,-20貯存,每次取一小管使用。

b 取出分裝后的Marker,常溫融化,輕柔徹底混勻,管底不能見沉淀物。

注:Marker為即用型,用前不要高溫處理!

c 上樣量根據(jù)膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說(shuō)來(lái),0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣5μl,其他規(guī)格梳子請(qǐng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。

注:使用銀染時(shí),由于靈敏度高于考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色方法,可以適當(dāng)降低Marker上樣量。

d 電泳結(jié)束后,染色,觀察結(jié)果。

電泳結(jié)果如出現(xiàn)帶型缺失現(xiàn)象或樣品聚集在分離膠上沿,可在Marker中加入終濃度為100mMDTT后再上樣。
